Momentum Curatorial Intern: Candace Coker

Candace Coker is a fine art photographer and tireless supporter of the central Oklahoma art community. Since graduating with a bachelor in fine arts from the University of Oklahoma she has shown in many exhibits including Momentum. She is currently the OVAC intern for the Oklahoma Art Writing and Curatorial Fellowship while also assisting the Momentum curators.

Lead curator John Seward noted that Coker’s status as a contemporary to Momentum artists makes her a valuable member of the curatorial team. She is particularly interested in observing the jury process and the development of the Spotlight Artist’s work.
