Opportunity: Make cheap art

Swamii Tourism and The Living Arts Presents: "Dollars to Diamonds." All artists applying should submit up to three examples of their work completed in the last two years. Selected artists will be given a budget of $20 to purchase all materials for their creation solely from The Dollar Store.
