Tip for artists: Name on each page
We have been preparing multiple applications lately for exhibitions and grants. Recommendation to artists: put your name (at least) on each page of any application or proposal. Usually when we receive submissions in the office, we file them temporarily until the deadline has passed. Then we organize, and sometimes copy, them for a curator or selection committee. Curators may look at a bunch of materials. So to keep all your pages together and remind those reading who you are (if they are reading 20-100 proposals) put your name on EACH page.
