Samantha Lamb has created another world in the Circle Gallery at City Arts Center (3000 General Pershing Blvd on the Fairgrounds in OKC). Carefully framed photographs and mixed media images are hung around the perimeter with thousands of wooden spools suspended overhead. Light sneaks through the "ceiling" of spools. I commend Samantha for her strong body of work and for making such a shift in the feeling of a space.
